What you're buying

Wallpr sells digital wallpaper images for personal devices (phones and computers). Purchases are delivered as instant downloads by our checkout provider immediately after payment — nothing is shipped.

Checkout & payments

All payments are processed by our checkout provider (merchant of record), who handles your payment details, receipts, and applicable sales tax or VAT. Your card details never touch this website. The checkout provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment step.

Wallpaper license

When you buy a wallpaper you get a personal-use license:

Use the image as a wallpaper or background on any devices you personally own.
Keep private backup copies.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, or publish the files (including reposting on wallpaper sites or social media as downloadable files).
Use the images commercially (in products, marketing, prints for sale, NFTs, or AI-training datasets).
Claim authorship of the images.

Refunds

Because wallpapers are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the download has been delivered. If a file is broken, wrong, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Where consumer law in your country grants additional rights (for example in the EU/UK), nothing here limits those rights; our checkout provider collects any required digital-content consent at purchase.

Privacy

This site keeps things simple:

No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The site is static pages and images.
Checkout (name, email, payment, country) happens entirely on the checkout provider's systems so they can process your order, deliver your files, and handle tax — see their privacy policy at checkout.
If you email us, we use your address only to reply.

The art

Wallpr images are original digital paintings created with the assistance of AI tools and curated, selected, and finished by us. They are decorative artworks; any resemblance to real persons, places, or products is artistic interpretation, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Liability

The site and images are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or images; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
